Caspian Business Services LLC was established in 2001, in Azerbaijan and started operating in the scope of construction, repair and maintenance projects. The company had set itself the goal of reaching among the others the following main targets in order to expand its activities: 
1.    Taking into account the peculiarities of the work undertaken, to provide the company with highly qualified personnel, specialists were invited and recruited. 
2.    It is always in the spotlight that all employees are aware of HSE procedures are provided with special Personal Protective Equipment to ensure safe work and to avoid incidents. 
3.    The company is fully equipped with modern machinery and equipment for the high quality and timely delivery of the implemented works.
 

CBS, has delivered major projects in both Oil&Gas and non-Oil&Gas sectors, participating in such projects as AzeriChiragGuneshli (ACG), ShahDeniz (phase 1&2) and has been a direct or indirect contractor for various companies such as SOCAR, Saipem, BP and BOS Shelf. Moreover, our management personnel were directly in charge of construction and/or repair of various Administrative facilities in the republic of Azerbaijan, construction and outfitting of large scale private villas and associated landscaping services, construction of apartment buildings etc.

During these years CBS has carried out multiple complex and large projects within mentioned scopes, amongst which there are: 
•     Guba Olympic Complex – Total area of 16,000 square meters including football and mini football fields, basketball, volleyball, wrestling and boxing facilities and Olympic size covered pool. Also welfare and recreational facilities
•     Guba Medical Diagnostics Center – total area of more than 10,000 square meters. All fit out and furnishing was also done by CBS.
•    Heydar Aliyev Center (Guba) – total area of 6,500 square meters. Incudes training rooms, conference hall, 3D cinema, museum and etc. All fit out and furnishing was also done by CBS.
•    X-ray facility with the attached concrete ring road and slab totaling around 8,000 square meters of concrete.
•    Around 8,000 square meters of office facilities (interior and facade) accommodating employees of such companies as BOS Shelf, SOCAR, Saipem, BP, Total etc, have been renovated, refurbished and upgraded to modern requirements and European standards with high quality.
•    Reinforced Subsea Concrete Crossings (supports) for deep-water gas pipelines under the Shah Deniz-2 project have been fabricated and delivered. 
•    Construction of Welding School (training center for welders, riggers etc). 
•    Construction of a large Custom Coating Facility which is unique in Caspian Region – a Blasting, Painting/Coating and Insulation workshop that accommodates the latest world technologies (S-4,500sqm, L-155m, W-29m, H-14m).
•    Construction of a large scale Warehouse facility in compliance with latest European standards (S-3,600sqm, L-72m, W-50m, H-9m).
•    Construction of a Sport and Gym facilities including an open air and sheltered stadiums.
•    Various projects at BP Marine Base in Baku including major backfilling, compaction and reinforcement works on site.
 

At the same time CBS has been providing maintenance services for more than 50,000 square meters of office and welfare facilities since 2013 on a permanent basis. 
In 2015 CBS acquired the quality control system ISO 9001 certification by the Bureau Veritas, and later in 2016 Ministry of Economy has awarded CBS a special license for construction works (concrete, steel, electrical, mechanical, road and railroad construction etc.), which allows CBS to act as a main contractor in major projects in the region.
